Thank you for your
interest in the Creating Ripples Conference Exhibit Hall. This
year's conference will give you and your organization the opportunity
to promote your programs, products, and services to educators
from Ontario and across Canada and the world in a relaxed and
social setting!
We are expecting about
400 attendees including presenters.
Exhibits will be housed
onsite in two large tents in a central location adjacent to the
silent auction and will be accessible to all conference attendees
from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and from 8:30
a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday. A 4'x8' table and chair will be provided
and there will be room on, beside or behind the table for your
display panels. There will not be electrical power available.
Attendees will be encouraged at each plenary and meal to visit
the exhibits and silent auction.
The exhibitor fee will
be $100 for individuals and non-profits, and $200 for commercial
and government exhibitors in addition to the registration fee.
If you are presenting, the fee will be $50 or $100 respectively.
If you have helpers, please contact the exhibit coordinator to
negotiate any onsite meal and accommodation costs. The number
of exhibit spaces is limited and will be offered on a first-come,
first-served basis.
