This year's conference will be held at Camp Tawingo, in the beautiful Muskoka Lakes region of Ontario near Huntsville, Ontario. Camp Tawingo will provide delegates with an informal, summer camp setting to exchange ideas, surrounded by the spectacular fall colours of Ontario.

A variety of onsite and offsite accommodation options are available. For more detailed information on Tawingo, including directions to the site, please visit their website at www.tawingo.net.

Accommodation: Cabins are well spaced from each other, and accommodate 4-8 people in bunkbeds. The beds have 4-inch thick mattresses and are most suitable for those shorter than 5’ 10”. Each cabin has electricity, and an adjoining bathroom with hot and cold running water, one shower and one toilet. Half of the bunkhouses are heated. The dining hall and all of the meeting areas are centrally located and easily accessible from the cabins. There will also be sites for tents on the grounds of Camp Tawingo. Campers will have the use of one of the two shower houses.

You will need to supply your own bedding and towels. If you pay an extra $33 when you send in your registration form, we will supply you with the following when you arrive at the camp: a sleeping bag, pillow, pillow case, towel, soap and a washcloth.

For those wishing to stay in more private accommodations, a list of nearby inns, hotels and bed and breakfast homes can be found at the bottom of this message. Note: Book off-site accommodation early as our conference is on a popular weekend for viewing the often-spectacular Fall colours in the Huntsville area.

Note, there is a small registration discount for those staying off-site. The onsite accommodation cost is a very small portion of the overall cost of the conference.

Alcohol: Camp Tawingo is an alcohol-free facility. Nonetheless, the conference committee chose this site as the most attractive location for the 2005 conference. We ask all participants to respect this policy and enjoy an alcohol-free conference.
