EECOM provides a variety of possibilities for you to learn from, to connect with, and collaborate with others working in the field of environmental and sustainability education (ESE). Becoming a member connects you to a national network that will strengthen our collective goals of advancing environmental learning and literacy and contributing to a sustainable future for all.
As a member of EECOM, you are supporting:
- A strong community championing ESE across Canada
- An annual conference bringing together ESE stakeholders to discuss new ideas and resources, recent research, and new curriculum materials.
- A quarterly newsletter with information, updates, and announcements from ESE professionals and organizations.
- EECOM Awards of Excellence in Environmental Education to recognize excellence and outstanding achievements of ESE practitioners across Canada
Current members who purchase a membership as part of conference registrations will have their membership extended by a year.
All members have voting privileges at EECOM Annual General Meetings and are eligible to serve on the EECOM Board.
